No, I’m not a licensed trainer, doctor, or therapist. I’m just a guy in my 50s who’s been through the ups and downs of health, burnout, and recovery and decided to do something about it. The Fit 50 Project is about sharing my journey, lessons learned, and the tools that are helping me rebuild physically and mentally. Always check with your doctor before starting anything new, and take what works for you. This is about real progress—not perfection.
